E-contracting

Budco Financial offers e-contracting as the primary registration tool for processing Installment Payment Plan retail installment contracts (RIC) and consumer loan agreements (CLA). Dealerships can complete the contract through the Budco Financial dealer workflow and submit it electronically instead of faxing, emailing, or mailing paperwork.

Moving the process online does more than save paper. It reduces avoidable registration errors, shortens the path to contract activation, and gives dealership employees and administrators a cleaner handoff. More than 90% of retail installment contracts currently come to Budco electronically.

That digital foundation also makes payment-plan programs easier to fit into modern F&I and service workflows, where speed, accuracy, and current account information matter to both the dealership and the customer.
