I'm a current customer, how do I login to my account?
Dealership users can use Dealer Login in the site header. Ford and Lincoln dealers are routed to dealer.budcofinancial.com; all other dealers use www.budcopayplan.com. Consumers should use the portal that matches the first digit of their Budco account number: budcopayplan.com for accounts starting with 7, payipp.com for accounts starting with 5, or flexcarepaymentplan.com for Mopar/FlexCare accounts starting with 3.
What are the payment options I can offer?
Payment options include direct debit, automatic monthly credit card, monthly invoice statements, or online payments.
Is it easy to get a contract plan started?
Yes. The Budco Financial platform lives online. Our online dealer portal provides for single point of entry registration, e-contracts, and complete integration options into your existing system, all while providing dealers and customers quick access to up-to-the minute account details and contract information.
Can you support multiple service contracts on one sales transaction?
Our online dealer portal provides for single point of entry registration, the ability to manage multiple vehicle service contract plans under one retail installment contract – saving time and cost – all while providing for a much better dealership and customer experience.
What are the payment terms that I can offer?
Available payment terms vary by program and can extend up to 36 months. Your Budco representative can confirm the terms available for your program.
What is the fee per contract?
Program fees vary by amount financed, term, and program structure. Your Budco representative or dealer portal will provide the current fee schedule applicable to your program.
I'm a dealer or program partner. What if I need immediate assistance?
Call Dealer Support and one of our representatives will help route your request. Mopar/FlexCare dealers can call 888-463-5149. Ford, Lincoln, and all other dealers can call 888-368-8462. You can also email dealer@budcofinancial.com.
What happens when a contract cancels?
We understand that customers will need to cancel contracts from time to time due to normal circumstances such as vehicle loss or sale. When this occurs, we work through the respective program or OEM to determine and process both customer and dealership refund amounts quickly and efficiently.
However, in the unfortunate circumstance of a default in payment, our industry-leading Default Cancellation Process is focused on minimizing cancellations. By proactively working with customers, we make every effort to reach customers and make arrangements to keep the service contract active…thereby increasing both consumer and dealership satisfaction.
